Lilly Pulitzer is one of the many clients that I had the pleasure to work with. I strongly believe that there are always ways to help a client reach their full potential. One pain point that I noticed while working with Lilly is that they could be using more personalization when it came to their website. This was surprising when you consider that Lilly Pulitzer customers are very proud and have a strong connection to the brand.

The solution I saw for Lilly Pulitzer was having a more personalized experience for a user and loyal customer. Meaning having the user being able to save products that they like, being able to save your favorite colors, and the ability to reconstruct the my account page that the user wants to view and interact with.
